Delmar Arts Academy is thrilled to host our 17th annual Arts-Based Summer Camp, a vibrant mix of activities that includes painting, sculpting, music, theater, dance, yoga, and plenty of outdoor playtime on our spacious playground.
Summer Camp Activities
Our well-rounded schedule includes time for the following activities:

Visual Art Classes: Half a day is devoted to various visual art classes including painting, drawing, sculpting, collage, and mixed media, taught by artist Shannon Hand.

Music Classes: Dr. Jessica Clemente conducts music classes that engage and inspire the children.

Dance and Musical Theatre Classes: Children compose and perform weekly skits for friends and family.

Kids Yoga: Carolina Figares teaches Kids Yoga classes for kids, instilling peace and respect in all her sessions. Namaste!
Camp Schedule
Our Summer Camp this year is from June 9th – August 1st. Each week features a unique theme incorporated into all camp and art activities. Previous themes have included sports week, water week, superhero week, under the sea week, and more. We offer weekly rates throughout the summer with a price break for attending multiple weeks. For families booking the entire season, an additional discount is provided. Many children attend the whole summer, making it a memorable and enriching experience. 3 performances this summer!
Camp Hours

For children aged 2-4: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm or 3:00 pm

For children aged 5 and up: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm

Aftercare is available until 5:30 pm
Our program is as flexible as your schedule, which is why our summer camp families return to Delmar year after year!
Our summer camp weeks are themed, coordinating the art classes with the music and musical theater/dance classes. This year, we are focusing more on the performing classes and preparing students for their performances.
