Hunter’s Story
My son Hunter started attending Delmar in 2017 when we moved back to South FL. He started in the Pre-K 3 classroom and attended through Kindergarten. We have so many memories from Delmar. Our favorites were the holiday and end of the year shows and the Halloween costume parade. Delmar was there for us during a very difficult time. Hunter was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in 2017 and Adriana and Ande are amazing. They love their Delmar kids like their own and we are so lucky to have had the opportunity to be a part of the Delmar family. The yoga and art classes they offer are still something Hunter talks about. And he still talks about Mr. Alex and Ms. Adriana. Delmar was a second home to Hunter and we will be forever grateful for the scholarship program they offer. As a single parent, affording good care can be difficult or near impossible. Delmar is the best you will find and they are family!
