Afterschool
Delmar Arts Academy is proud to offer an arts-based after-school program designed for children aged 5 to 12 years. Our program features professional instructors for each class and a dedicated teacher to assist during homework time.
Program Schedule
Our well-rounded schedule includes time for the following activities:

Homework/Snack Time: A dedicated period for completing homework and enjoying a healthy snack.

Painting: Developing creativity and artistic skills through painting.

Sculpting: Engaging in hands-on creativity by molding and shaping materials.

Drawing: Encouraging self-expression through drawing and illustration.

Dance/Musical Theatre: Enhancing physical and artistic expression through dance and musical theatre.

Yoga: Promoting physical and mental well-being through yoga exercises.

Drama: Fostering imagination and confidence through drama activities.

Playground Time: Allowing time for outdoor play and physical activity.
Performances
Our after-schoolers work hard to prepare several performances throughout the year. This includes a special Holiday Show in December and a grand performance at the end of the school year to showcase all they have learned and accomplished.
School Pick-Up Service
To make it convenient for parents, our after-school program includes a daily pick-up service. Children attending Bayview, Wilton Manors, and Virginia Shuman Young elementary schools can be picked up by our yellow school bus and safely transported to the academy.
